Full-Stack Developer | CS Grad Student | Building Scalable Web Apps
I'm a Computer Science graduate student focused on building full-stack applications. I'm currently seeking software engineering/full-stack development opportunities where I can grow as an engineer and contribute to impactful, real-world projects.
Satellite Visualizer is a collaboration project for my Senior Software Design Lab between Cal State LA and The Aerospace Corporation. It visualizes Dilution of Precision (DOP), a GPS accuracy metric, on an interactive world map. Unlike the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) current tool that only shows live data, this app lets users explore any timestamp by generating and querying DOP data using satellite almanacs and custom calculations. These calculations have been reviewed and verified by GPS subject matter experts at The Aerospace Corporation.
I am developing a full-stack web application for a security company that manages patrol guards. The system helps streamline uniform management and reduces administrative workload by centralizing requests, approvals, and inventory tracking. Employees can submit uniform requests, while administrators can efficiently manage stock levels and fulfill orders in real time. The application is being developed in collaboration with the company and is planned for deployment to improve day-to-day operational efficiency.
PartyPrep is a collaborative web application built with Spring Boot that simplifies event organization. Users can create and manage events, while attendees sign up for items to bring, ensuring smooth coordination. To strengthen my skills in deployment, I hosted the app on AWS Elastic Beanstalk and connected it to a MySQL database on AWS RDS, gaining hands-on experience with cloud deployment and database hosting.
I am developing a web-based game to simulate blackjack in the casino. This project is mostly for fun to play blackjack and track my progress with fake money.
